How We Work - Rates and Fees

What is the service charge if you need a repair?

Repair costs vary depending on your make and model and type of appliance. Our affordable service fee start at $99.95 + parts & labor are additional. The Tech will diagnose the problem, and if your repair is in need of a part, our technician will talk over the details before any repair are made, prices will vary. Labor charges will vary on each job, base fee is $80 and up. Emergencies service is available for after hour work Monday - Friday 5pm till 7pm.

How We Work - Guarantees

What is the warranty or guarantee? - Does it cover parts, labor or both?

You can expect most repairs to offer a minimum 30 day warranty on service fee and minimum 30 day warranty on most parts. Some electronic parts cannot be returned, your tech will advise beforehand. Warranties are only given when there is no sign of mistreat or tampering with repairs in any way. Warranties that are given vary based on the job and services rendered, talk to your tech for details.

How We Work - Scheduling

How soon can I be scheduled for a service visit? Will I have to wait days or weeks?

RNC Appliance is dedicated to providing same day appliance service. However, if we are not able to send a tech that same day, we will schedule you for our next soonest available. Appointments are available as early as the next day or the same week. Fridges that are not cooling are at the top of our priority list. We will try our best to service you within 24 hours. Just call us. Please call if emergency services are needed. Emergency hours are Monday thru Friday 5-7pm.
